Board of Directors and Privy Council

The FCSS-FESC governance structure is divided into two separate but equally important bodies; the Board of Directors which is appointed annually to serve one-year terms and the Privy Council which is filled on an as-needed basis at the discretion of the Executive Director.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is comprised of ten (10) Directors who serve one-year terms and is the highest and final authority within the organization. The Board is responsible for all financial, legal, regulatory, and governance affairs of the FCSS-FESC.
