Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We'll gladly accept any major Canadian credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Visa Debit. We can also accept PayPal if you prefer. 

From time to time, we may also hold in-person events where FCSS-FESC merchandise can be purchased with cash. In these cases, you would complete an order form and submit payment to a member of our team. Contact us for details.



Q. Can I customize FCSS-FESC merchandise?

A. Certainly! After clicking the "Buy Now" button, you will be taken to our partner's site where you can customize the colour of the product itself, as well as any editable text. Note that some products (t-shirts and hoodies) have more colour choices than other products (track and varsity jackets). You can also pick from a range of sizes from small to XXL.

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. There are two options for shipping within Canada. We may, from time to time, also offer promotions where shipping fees will be waived.

International Standard | 15-26 days | $5.50

International Premium | 6-8 days | $30.00

Q. Are there taxes, customs, and duties?

A. When you complete the online purchase, you will not be charged any sales tax (GST/PST/HST). However, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) may asses an import duty or sales tax on your items if they cost more than $20.00.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. If you're not satisfied with your product within 30 days, send it back and we'll donate it to charity. If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want. Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.
