Daniel Zhang is excited to serve as Executive Director for the FCSS-FESC this term. As Executive Director, Daniel directs the Federation’s day-to-day operations and leads the College of Chief Officers. Daniel previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Affairs Officer, where he became directly involved in the grant writing process and worked collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuous funding for the Federation.

Outside of his work with the FCSS-FESC, Daniel loves learning about economics and finance, and looks forward to pursuing a related degree in post-secondary. Daniel has competed in various business and economics competitions including the International Economics Olympiad and DECA, and he looks forward to sharing his knowledge with fellow finance enthusiasts. Finally, in his free time, you can catch Daniel watching Chinese dramas, playing badminton or just taking some quality nap time.
