Isabella is thrilled to be serving as Chief Operations Officer for the FCSS-FESC this term. As COO, Isabella leads the organization’s governance and policy review, human resources, and three thematic programs: YPLC, Demystify Conference, and SPAR. The latter has been the dedication of Isabella’s work with the Federation since joining in grade 9, equipping secondary students with the necessary skills to create grassroots social justice change.

Outside of her work with the FCSS-FESC, Isabella takes on an active role in her school and community. She advocates for the voices of 130,000+ students as Minister of Administrative Affairs of YRPC, the YRDSB’s official student senate. Her passion for global women’s rights and feminist issues also drove her to start a non-profit organization, the Future Female Leaders Society, dedicated to inspiring female leadership. Finally, Isabella spends her free time debating, watching Netflix and Formula 1, and justifying all her creative hobbies as being for IB CAS.
